Ken shifted his schedule around in order to take care of us before I was called into work - arriving as we requested nearly an hour before our originally scheduled time. Ken identified the ant species immediately, and without seeing the evidence, was able to describe some tell-tale signs of this kind of ant. Sure enough, we were able to find the evidence exactly as described, and discovered the place where the ants were getting into the house. Ken mixed spray, sprayed the ground around the house, and sprayed an unsealed roof canale to prevent ants from using the gaps to enter the house. Ken also used a dry granular bait. 48 hours later - no ants visible and problem solved.

Ken Perry provided excellent service throughout all stages of our house construction. We had to reschedule planned services many times because of delays in construction and Ken was completely responsive to our changing schedule. He never complained about canceled appointments at the last minute nor did he charge for these delays. On at least one occassion he arrived to conduct a scheduled treatment, found that site conditions were not ideal for treating, and suggested rescheduling the treatment.

It was wonderful. He was always on time, he did the work on time, it was brilliant. He found more termites in the middle of the work and we had to have the house tented. He came back and finished it off with no problems.
