Perfection Pools & Plumbing

Not a nice company for the elderly. Trying to swindle my mother saying they replaced a part and the old part is still there. She has used them for years. I believe for 11 years. Don't trust them. When they come, they don't do anything and will charge you a bundle.

Terrible. They showed up at 6 pm. The techs did not have masks on and one of them was walking around my backyard with a let cigarette. A house hold member is on oxygen and she was out in the yard. Could have been very dangerous. She had to go back in because cigarette smoke is very bad for her to breath in. They did not get the pool opened that night. Said they would be back on Friday and there would be no charge since it was considered part of the opening charge. They did NOT show up. Get a call the following Tues. that they were here. I get the dog in and they put shock in the pool and left. Charged me another 111.00 that I was told was not going to happen because it was supposed to be part of the opening. Then the office called and they were going to reschedule again for Friday .... I told them not to bother. So ... I have been billed for 418.00 for a pool that is still not opened. STAY AWAY form Perfection Pools.

Mike did a wonderful job of opening the pool. I was told by a lady in the office that someone would come out on Friday to clean the pool after the initial opening and to kick start my bi-weekly service. They did not show up. They did not call. Ghosted. I normally don’t write reviews but I felt inclined to. Professionalism and responsiveness is key. From what I’ve seen they lack this. If you say your going to do something, do it. I assume they expect to be paid on time, so why isn’t the same respect given to the customer. To my veterans out there. I’d advise you to start looking into how you can take care of your own pool in New Mexico. I’ve found that all the pool company’s located in this state have the same business ethics. Very disappointed and highly upset. Praying God makes this right. And we can get back to the day when great customer service was a given. It’s quiet simple, show up when you say, do the work that is being paid for, be honest, and get a honest pay.

It went great. I was not there, but my wife told me that they were fast and efficient. They were exactly what they quoted my wife and I to do the job where a few other people that I called were a little to high for the job.

As always, staff from Perfection Pools took care of the services professionally.

It was done nicely and also recommended to my wife what need to be done with the pool also.

He came and replaced the motor right away, and it is very quiet and works well.

Very good, I would say they are the best in the business. Aquatic pools designed our pool and maintained it for many year but staffing changes changed all of that. So, I've been using Perfection pools for several years now (up until our departure out of state) they are in a league all by themselves, hands down the best pool cleaning company; attention to detail, friendly, explains everything, no short cuts and treats your pool like it there own. This is our third pool which is over 40 thousand gallons, and many pool cleaning companies later. So in my opinion they are best! Perfection Pools now cleans my daughter's pool and she love it, wish they were here in Atlanta. Thanks

They always do great work. I've had them help me out for a few years in a row, and have a monthly service plan with them as well. They come in, do their job and leave. They're like a stealth team: Quiet, but reliable. They're also affordable, and I would recommend them to anyone.

They are great at coming on the same day for time-sensitive work. They are not as reliable with scheduling work in advance. They always do a great job and are polite, professional, and fast.

Hard to get hold of. Didn't bring any of his own tools so had to use ours.

The guys from Perfection came out, backwashed the pool, cleaned the filter, and I haven't had any problems since. They're polite and professional. Highly recommend.

Jermaine was excellent. Excellent customer service. Everyone there does a great job. Takes extra time to explain things.

We had an appointment scheduled for first thing in the morning which Miguel said would be somewhere around 9am. He called at 9 to say it would be more like between 12-1pm. That was inconvenient for us because we had already had something else planned but we said Okay. We saw their truck across the street at our neighbor's house and assumed they would be right over afterwards, but then their truck left. We gave them until 1:30 to come back but they never did so we called Miguel. He did take care of it right away and had them come back, which I think ended up being around 2pm. Apparently, they either didn't have our address or confused our address with our neighbor's, and they had serviced the neighbor's pool instead of coming to open ours. Once they were here, they did a good job cleaning off our cover and cleaning our pool. I guess, after reading the specific things that are listed on their website, that they did everything that they advertise that they do. That being said, if you are expecting "Perfection", I would say it was more like just the minimum to get the job done. In fairness, it used to be Miguel that would come and he always did a really great job, and this time it was his employees that came and I don't think they have the same attention to detail that he does. For one thing, the water level was low and they did not fill it up (or if they attempted to it was not nearly high enough - it was at the bottom of the tile), the heater may have been turned on but it was not high enough to heat my pool. After 2 days it was frigid still and once I turned it up, it heated it up in less than a day. It would have been a nice extra touch at the end of the service to explain/summarize what they did and let me know what I needed to do and when (for example, they did not screw in the "On"/"Off" markers on the pump timer and I did not realize the filter was running 24/7 until a couple of days later). And then about 4 days after the pool opening was done, it sounded like my pump was running dry. After a half a day trying to diagnose the problem, my husband discovered it was the o-ring around the pump lid that needed lubrication. It was an easy fix once we figured out what was wrong, but we did spend a lot of time on something I would have thought would be standard for them to do at opening. So overall, I was happy with the previous jobs Miguel had done for us in the past but if this last service was indication of future services then we probably would not use again.

Great job - is  guys are very nice, pleasant to work with and professional.  Miguel got  the work done for a reasonable price, and followed up after  the pool was re-plastered to make sure everything was alright.
