Paul was professional, helpful, and pleasant throughout.  Despite very difficult market conditions, we successfully sold our house through Paul. Before choosing Paul, we interviewed 3 agents. Paul was the only one who arrived on-time and well prepared.  He had already done extensive research on general market conditions and comparable properties. Paul advised us as we prepared the house for sale.  He helped us prioritize repairs and improvements, was honest with feedback, and provided many good ideas. Once the house was ready, we finalized pricing and listed it.  Paul marketed it broadly.  He put it online, made a video tour, etc. The photos and property description were accurate, polished, and appealing, and successfully drove showings. We received weekly updates from Paul with statistics on showings plus feedback from prospective buyers. Paul responded quickly and knowledgeably when we received offers.  We received multiple offers and the one we chose closed successfully. This was the eighth real estate transaction in my lifetime.  Paul is easily among the best in all categories - knowledge, capability, experience, savvy, integrity, connections, and interpersonal relationships. We were very pleased to work with Paul Taylor and we recommend him enthusiastically.
