 + -1 moreHe was great. He's really receptive. If something's not right, he comes back right out and fixes it. We didn't have a whole lot of problems. He's always there and he's a really great guy.

 + -1 moreLeo was a pleasure to work with. He was always on time and he made sure his subs were accountalbe as well. When we had a problem with a frozen pipe he was very helpful with finding a solution. We also had him remodel a bedroom and provide a handicap accessible shower and toilet. He did a very nice job. His tile work is beautiful.
Description of Work: We had a mother in law cottage built as well as a wood working shop.

 + 1 moreHe does wonderful work. I have recommended him to people that I work with. They just love him. He comes when he says he will be here. He can put you into contact with people if you need a subcontractor. We rescue dogs. She was a handful. We had him come in to remodel our bathroom. He was careful to make sure that the dog didn't get out. He even said that she jumped up and sat in his lap while he was working in the bathroom. He is just so caring. He is honest and punctual. He will be there when he says and will call if he can't. He is a very soft-spoken and quiet man. He is also bilingual.
Description of Work: We use Otero Custom Home Specialist for everything. He is a custom builder and he also does remodels.
