Description of Work: Ortega's Propane refilled 2 bottles used for backyard BBQ. They were timely and responsive. The price was much better than other sources, especially quick stop type of businesses.

 + -1 moreDue to two broken regulators, we unexpectedly ran out of propane a week after we moved in. The temperature was in the single digits and we couldn't get Ferrell Gas to come out for several days, and only after a credit application. Ortega's was also very busy, but when the tech who was scheduled couldn't make it, the owner's son came himself. He brought us a 100 gallon emergency fill and replaced our two leaking regulators - all at 8pm on a Friday night in freezing weather! Their bookkeeping has a lot of room for improvement, but they are very nice to deal with.

 + -1 moreExcellent. High quality, honest, professional company. Has provided us with propane service for past 3 years, delivering as needed, with charges automatically made to credit card. When we discontinued service due to switching to natural gas, they charged to remove the old tank but refunded us for the amount of unused propane still in the tank(!). Removal of tank was clean, efficient and without damage to landscape.
