Orkin Pest Control

Orrin used to be good, but once our service advisor left the company, we had another gentleman who was only here a couple of times, then we got a new technician who couldn't be bothered to tell us the change in schedules, then when I specifically told him what needed to be done and left doors unlocked, he only did half the work.

Orkin does a great job of exterminating.  They have helped us out many times.  We have a bi-monthly service with them and love their punctuality and their ability to take care of pests.

I like them. They come on a regular basis. They do a good job. I don't have any bugs. Their guy is very friendly and helpful.

They are very professional and courteous.

They come out without any problems if I need them to come out in between services if I ever need them to. If I see a single bug and if there is no infestation I still ask them to come out and they don't give me a hard time. They don't charge me and they just come and I really like that.

The first technician that came out took his time and asked me questions and was wonderful. They started sending someone new to me, but she would try to do her work really fast and was only ok because she didn't take the time to ask me questions. Both technicians did a good job, but one was better than the other.

I like them just fine. We have been with them for a long time. Their service is wonderful. I just like them.

We haven't fired them yet and they are still coming. I hired them probably because they are a national company. The pricing was fair, but we have an extreme inflation going on. They will be back the next time they are scheduled.

They have done a good job so far. I have not had any problems. Over all they are good. I will continue to use them in the future.

First few years were just fine. After a couple of years service has gone down hill. They refused to come in and spray inside the house even though we had massive infestation of ants. Initially, in the first few years, they said that if we have a problem between services, they would come in and fix the issue. However, in recent years, they refused to come despite the massive problems. We finally switched to Preventive Pest Control and we are extremely happy.

IVE BEEN DEALING WITH SERVICE OF THE COMPANY FOR A WHILE NOW. THE COMPANY PROVIDES GOOD SERVICE AND THEY HAVENT GIVEN ME ANY REASON TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING.

WHAT ATTRACTED ME TO THEM WAS THEIR REPUTATION. I ALSO LIKED THE FACT THAT THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND VERY QUICK. THEY ARE REALLY RESPECTFUL AND FRIENDLY. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

I DEAL WITH THE COMPANY EVERY OTHER MONTH AND I'M SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THEY DO. I ALWAYS HAVE NICE CONVERSATIONS WITH THEM WHEN THEY COME OUT. IT LOOKS LIKE THEY REALLY ENJOY THEIR WORK. IT'S NOT JUST ANOTHER JOB TO THEM.

IF WE AREN'T HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THEY HAVE A STANDING OFFER TO COME OUT AND SPRAY AGAIN WITHOUT CHARGING US. THEY ALSO DO A YEARLY TERMITE INSPECTION AT NO COST.
