Carlos and his crew nailed into a pipe when installing flooring/baseboards, causing a leak. He started out responsive when I called him to tell him. He wanted to file an insurance claim to cover his error. Insurance denied it. Took him approximately two weeks to fix his mistake and because it was taking so long I paid for the materials just to get it done while we waited for insurance. He said he’d pay me back for the materials and the plumbers I paid to fix the leak. Now he won’t answer my calls or text messages.
