He didn't always show up when expected and often didn't come with the needed parts and materials. He often had to leave our job to take care of emergencies associated at other job sites. He and his employees were respectful and pleasant. We had two issues with his work. Both new and existing bathrooms were to be connected to a new water heater on that side of the house. When connections were made, we didn't have hot water in the old bathroom and it took him 2-3 weeks to realize that all hot water now went thru the new shower and shower fixture, which was still being finished. If that fixture fails, we will again have no hot water in either bathroom. One night when he left from working on the main water valve, he left the cover off the valve area, which is in the sidewalk. This could have had serious liability consequences if we hadn't caught it upon arriving home from work.

I had an emergency and he was really great, he just came. I had used him before. Actually, a couple of years ago we had a water main break and I had no idea who referred him then, but he really helped us out. He just came over within an hour and did it. He just seemed competent and reliable. It felt that he would give me a straight assessment of the situation. In terms of price, I understand that plumbers charge about what he charges. I do not have that much experience. In terms of quality of the work, he fixed the problem, since I did not go under the house and look at the pipe, which I had to, but I do not have the leak anymore. He was definitely professional. I would use his services again in the future.
