"[Name removed]- we a so sorry that you had a bad experience with One Fix. For certain, at the beginning of this project, we had the well tested (we can confirm with Rogers). Their recommendation was to replace the well. We suggested this to you and your husband, but due to the fact that a new well would be metered, you asked for another solution. Hence, our proposal of $2200-$3100, not including turf work. As the project progressed, it became more and more difficult and therefore expensive. Additionally, there were sections of drip work that you added that weren't included. When we sat down for the final bill, I explained the overages and asked for a compromise on it, to which you kindly agreed to pay the full amount. Overall, our mindset was "how do we make a system with a failing well work!?" Again, we are sorry that there was poor communication on this project. I sent your husband an email at the beginning of the season stating that we would be happy to review the system for you free of cost. Hopefully, your system is working wonderfully and your property is looking wonderful. Though you had a bad experience, we would still appreciate the chance to mend our relationship; we are constantly striving to be better! Thank you."
