If he was not qualified to do the mechanical portion he should have told me that ahead of time, instead he referred me to his partner to do the other work at an additional $200.00. In the end had to have a third party do the work at an additional cost. This company was not truthful and did not follow up as necessary to finish the job I hired them to do. They were probably only here for 5 minutes. They also prepared a permit which probably took another 5 minutes.
