Nova Clean Inc

The person who did the work was very pleasant, friendly, and thorough. I didn't like that the company sent out just one guy, and it took him a long time to complete the work. He mentioned the fact that he was supposed to have somebody else with him, so that is my complaint. He did a good job, and the price was reasonable; so I would use him again.

They were sent out as part of agreement that we had with another company. We have had our home converted to forced central air & heat and as part of that service they use no reclaim to come out and clean our ducts. We didn't actually pay Nova Clean directly. They came out and they did a wonderful job. They are a company that I would recommend to other people. They were prompt and extremely courteous. They did a really good job. The reason that they came in is that the company had an employee that was supposed to have cleaned our ducts initially and he didn't even do the job. He was here for 15 minutes and may be would have cleaned one duct and then left. We reported that to their company and they subcontracted it to Nova Clean and had them come in and they were here in 4 to 5 hours. I was home at the time and was watching their work. They were very thorough and did the job well. They did the things right. They cleaned up after themselves. There is nothing about the experience that was negative. The workers were good. I couldn't evaluate their price because I didn't pay them directly.

We were very happy with them. They did a very good job. Their price was the same as the other companies.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY QUICK, PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, AND WELL MANNERED. THEY HAVE EXCELLENT WORK. I HAVE THEM COME BACK FOR BUSINESS EVERY YEAR. I HAVE TOLD FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT THIS COMPANY AS WELL.

THEY WERE REALLY GOOD WORKERS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND THEY DID ALL THE WORK IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WAS DISPLAYED.
