Glass and Mirror Service
The glass and the work performed by the technicians were great. However, the customer service was horrible. The receptionist was very rude! Was initially quoted one price, however the glass size was bigger and much more. Understood and accepted. When it was time to pay the invoice it was even more than the last quote. The receptionist was firm and brute about what she thought she quoted me. When I tried to explain that is not what I was quoted the second time, she became very aggressive and demeaning. I paid the amount due, but will make sure that everyone knows the customer service is horrific. DO NOT CONFER WITH THE RECEPTIONIST!
