Very unorganized, missed every timeline causing 3-month delay in the project. Increased price while replacing initially discussed materials with cheaper materials. Contractors who took over the project were stunned by the unprofessional paperwork and lack of knowledge

They did good work but they have some drawbacks like leaving a mess and not communicating well. He did not do what he said he would do and when he would do it.
