Fine, make sure the watches worked properly when done.

This pace is fabulous! My ring looked like a new ring when it was returned to me; it sparkled and shined like new. The family watch didn't need work, it was a wind up watch, no batteries required. The earrings were put onto ear wires, the posts were too damaged to be used. The battery was replaced on the 'everyday' watch. I believe it was only two days later that I was called to tell mew that it all was ready. I would definitely use them again.

The service was fantastic.  They answered all my questions.  I never felt pressured to buy anything.  I decided to think about what option I wanted to go forward with and just for fun wound up browsing their ring selection.  The wonderful sales woman said she thought she had one set in platinum that was already set with a smaller diamond than mine.  She took it out and showed it to me and I fell in love with it.  We talked about whether my diamond could be put into the setting and they gave me a price.  It was a great price and I decided to go ahead and do it.  They then told me they could have it ready by the next day and delivered just as they promised.  It was amazing and I love it.  They are wonderful people, easy to work with, and no pressure.  I will be going there for my future jewelry needs from now on!

After reading the excellent reviews for this shop, I took my 35-year-old  watch in to see if it could be repaired.  Mary Jimenez, the very pleasant owner, handed the watch off to someone in the workroom at the back of the shop  .Five minutes later, it was back in running condition.  Apparently the man in the back, although not the watchmaker, was able to handle the work in short order.  The charge for the service was only $5.00 -- which I thought was more than reasonable.

I would definitely recommend this shop because of the excellent service and reasonable price.

The staff was friendly, stated the price up front and gave a discount. The promised time was 2-3 days. I dropped off my ring on a Monday afternoon and I received a call Wednesday morning that my ring was ready for pick-up. The ring is perfect. I will use this company again and will recommend.

I inherited a set of wedding rings from my great-grandmother, in excellent condition, though quite small.  The jewelers at Noble House were friendly, knowledgeable, and speedy.  My rings look beautiful!

I originally found them on Angie's List and they did not disappoint.  They were friendly, knowledgeable and creative.  I would trust them with any piece of jewelry.  My work friends love the idea of cutting off the posts of those special pins and making charms out of them.  Most pins like that end up in a drawer...very nice as charms.

Noble House Fine Jewelry is fabulous, and now my "go to jeweler". (by the way, I found them through reviews on Angies List).
1. They repaired the sterling shank on my ring to "better than new". I am thrilled with the awesome craftsmanship and         attention to detail that was evident in these repairs!
2. Replaced non functioning batteries on 4 watches. I now know what time it is!!!
3. Estimated the repair of an old and original Movado Museum wind-up watch. The Noble House repair department was honest enough to tell me the watch was beyond fixing, and the repairs would have cost more than purchasing a new Movado!
I am impressed with the service I received! Noble House Jewelry was responsive, professional and honest. Mary Jimenez and the entire staff are to be commended! Highly recommended!

I brought it in less than a week before Christmas,  I was hoping to have it back before Christmas,  they said that wasn't likely.  But they fixed it faster than expected and I did have it back before Christmas!   They said only $30 and I thought very reasonable.  For some reason this repair took a lot longer.  When it was finally done I saw they'd put in a round pearl instead of a freshwater,  like the others.  I wasn't thrilled so they told me to leave it and  they would find a more similar pearl.  They finally did and it was very nice and they waived payment because I had waited so long.

They cleaned and oiled the movement of an old automatic watch I bought on eBay.  It was running too fast when I received it.  They got it just right, at a very reasonable price (a job like this can cost 3 times as much elsewhere).  Nice people, too!

The staff at Noble House Jewelry is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and precise.  They are very attentive and called as soon as my ring was ready. Extremely skilled jeweler sized a very precious, with a somewhat complicated band (with diamonds on the band) ring for me.  It turned out perfect and beautiful.  I would trust Noble House with my most valuable jewelry.  They also give a 20% Angie's List member discount.  They replaced the watch batteries in two watches while I waited in just minutes - I had taken these watches to 3 places in Santa Fe that could not figure out how to get the backs off of the watches.  I must say, I live in Santa Fe and looked everywhere here for a jeweler to size my ring, and the most recommended place in Santa Fe wanted to hold my ring for 3 whole months and charge me $250!  I highly recommend any one in Santa Fe to make the trip to Albuquerque to use Noble House.  The drive is worth it and the peace of mind you get with these professionals is such a relief.

Provider was extremely patient with my rather particular wife and found the perfect replacement gem for the ring. Price was inline with the estimate and the service was prompt, took less than a couple days once she finally decided what she wanted to do. Gave a B for professionalism as the store is rather run-down and smells like smoke, otherwise was a good experience.
