John is a consummate professional and gentleman. Very detail oriented and thorough. Because he has a background in home improvement, he is also able to shed light on approximate costs to fix issues.
He was on time. Spent about 3 hours inside and outside our property. And had a thorough report in our email box the next day. Also made himself available to answer questions, etc.
I would highly recommend John to anyone! Residential or Commercial.
