 + -1 moreNitchware does not make house calls, but it was not far away, so I brought the two computers in. The principal hooked up both computers to see what was what, and set to work . In about an hour the new computer was ready and he made some adjustments to the old computer, so that he returned it to me in working condition.
Description of Work: I needed help in setting up a new computer and moving material from my old one (partially damaged by a coffee spill) to the new computer.

 + -1 moreMY COMPUTER RUNS SO MUCH FASTER NOW THAT THEY GOT RID OF THE VIRUSES. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT SINCE THEY CAME. I THINK THE TECHNICIAN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL.
Description of Work: I HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH VIRUSES SO THEY GOT RID OF THEM AND THEY ALSO INSTALLED A DVD DRIVE INTO THE COMPUTER.
