Dr. Ng and his staff are very knowlegable and efficient from start to finish. This and related appointments have been to the minute. The first thing the doctor wants to know is what your expectations are. Do you want every missing tooth replaced at high expense or are you just after chewing surfaces that work for you? After studying the xrays, he was able to recommend a course of action that accomplished what I wanted (chewing) while avoiding unnecessary cost and discomfort. He had done this previously in another area in my mouth and it came out perfectly. This thoughtful approach avoided an additional cost of a bone implant, long wait, and then finally inserting the implant and then another long wait until a crown could be installed. Once in the chair I was given a local because I don't like to be knocked out for these things and, really, I didn't need to be. Dr. Ng is swift and sure in his technique as 15 minutes later he was taking his gloves off and I asked him - no joke - if he still had to finish. I didn't feel a thing, he was done. His assitants are competent and obviously well trained - plus they are very nice. As far as the bill goes, with because of his problem solving and reasoned approach, he saved me about 60% over another estimate from another doctor closer to my home who insisted I needed a full set. I drive 110 miles one way to see Dr. Ng because the service is worth the time and money.
