He was thorough in his attention to, and respect for my Yamaha C3. He communicates well, and that gave me insight into the variety of things he worked on, and the possible/probable future things that may come up for my particular instrument. |AND, I was quite comfortable with him in my home.

You get a reminder call a couple or so days ahead of time (good for people who just forget). David arrives on time, performs the service in a professional manner, and lets you know if there is anything else that needs attention besides the routine tuning. He offers a great service at a great price.
