These gentleman were very hard workers and completed the work in 5 days. I would have given them a much better rating but my first request was for a privacy gate. When asked about it at the end of the week, I was told it hadn't been worked into the estimate. We agreed to a charge for the gate up and above what we'd previously agreed upon and I was told he would be by the following week to install it. I went ahead and paid him for the work already completed and then he never showed to install the gate - which had not been paid for yet. So now I'll have to figure it out on my own or hire someone else to complete the job.


That said, the tree came down quickly and all pieces and debris where hauled away. The wall went up and the only complaint I have is that they trampled my spring bulbs that were coming up but I can overlook that considering the strength and energy it took to raise all those bricks up.

The concrete pad was not level as requested and is off by about 5 inches. It will not serve the purpose it was supposed to - provide a level base for an above ground pool and a new one will need to be poured.

THEY ALWAYS KEEP UP WITH THE APPOINTMENTS THEY SET. THEY COME OUT EVERY WEEK TO DO TRIMMINGS. THEY ALWAYS CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND LEAVE THE YARD THE SAME WAY THEY LEFT IT.
