I lived out of state and used internet MLS to identify Albuquerque area houses I might like. Robbie went to at least 50 for me over the last two years and took photos for me, advised me about the house and guided me in the right direction. When I found the perfect house, it had been taken off the market already, but Robbie was able to negotiate with the owner and make a deal that I am very happy with. Since I could not move in right away, she found tenants for me, and they and I have found Robbie to be prompt in responding and very capable in dealing with any problems. She has been available just about 24/7 and is always cheerful and willing to provide help. Better yet, she never misled me or gave me bad advice just to get the sale. When there was something wrong or undesirable about a house I liked, she was quick to let me know.Robbie and her staff at Network Realty are so helpful, efficient and knowledgeable about real estate and about how to handle all situations, I cannot imagine ever using another Realtor.
