Donna is the best. We wouldn't go with any other pet sitter for any other price. She leaves us detailed written reports that describe our pets' behavior each day. She's very easy to reach by phone and responsive and flexible to unexpected circumstances while we're on travel. For example, we missed a flight on our last trip and had to stay an extra day in Dallas, and it was very reassuring that she could take care of our pets for an extra day. She has a real love of animals, an intuitive understanding of them, that probably explains how she bonds so well with the three different species of pets that we have. She's even willing to sing to our cockatoo. :) We have been engaging Neon Dream, and Donna specifically, to look after our pets for about five or six years while we travel, and the peace of mind she brings us is priceless.

They have provided us so much over the years but suffice it to say they deliver what they promise, and more including taking one of our sick kitties to the vet while we were in Florida for a week. They are caring and attentive to details, taking the time to create a daily report mentioning all our kitties by name and how things went. Donna and her crew are the best but special thanks to Lynda and Stacey for taking care of our kitties when we are gone.

We've been so pleased with Neon Dream's pet sitting while we're out of town. Donna collects the mail, waters plants, refills bird feeders, feeds/waters/medicates our cats, and they really love her. We've had such a good experience with Neon Dream!

The owner contacted me immediately after inquiry. The sitter Lauren, showed up on time, is very sensitive to my dog's needs, overall is a great experience. My pet just loves seeing her every Wed.

This was our first time using Neon Dreams, but it won't be our last. We had a great cat/house sitter for 15 years until she retired - since then it has been hit-and-miss (and stress) with family and friends. I found Neon Dreams on Angie's list and am so happy I did. Lynda took great care to learn about the cats and took great care of them while we were gone. She e-mailed me so I knew all was well and left notes for us on our return. It's great to know you can plan trips without worrying about your pets! The good thing about Neon Dreams is that they have more than one person on staff, so we won't have to plan our trips around anyone's schedule.

We have used Neon Dream Pet Sitting since arriving to Albuquerque in 2011, not knowing a soul, and needing care during time away. At that time, we had 2 greyhounds and 2 cats. SHARON is our primary provider. She always goes above and beyond. It wasn't easy wrangling those greyhounds on walks! She has responded on a moment's notice when emergencies arose, early termination of trips occurred, extensions were necessary, and complete changes of plans happened. She made extra trips during the day if she thought the "girls" needed a follow-up check or care. During our last time away, our smoke detector malfunctioned and "went off." Just one was fine (our cat is almost deaf - it doesn't bother her), but it didn't reset. When she returned, EVERY detector in the house had started alarming. She rallied a neighbor to help and solved the problem. We are completely satisfied with Neon Dream, and with SHARON!!!

There was good communication throughout the process and price was very reasonable. I felt at ease knowing my pets were in good hands. Laura left a log with notes on her interactions with my cats during each of her visits which was very nice to come home too. I highly recommend this company for pet sitting.

Neon Dream has been one of the best discoveries we have made since moving to ABQ. Our vet originally recommended them - before we found Angie's List. We had never used a professional animal sitter before.
We met with Donna before our first trip at our home and she started a written record of all that was needed, confirming all instructions. Most importantly, she and the kitties hit it off immediately - unusual with cats.
We have used Neon Dream's services for every trip we've taken (once or twice a year). At first we had two very aged and sick cats we were nervous to leave, but came home to happy and content, relaxed critters. Now we have two younger cats who have their own issues but who have also taken to Donna and her staff. Our cats have all been rescues with special needs. We won't hesitate to hire Neon Dream as long as they choose to be in business. They're very knowledgable, have loads of experience and have always put the well-being of their animals clients first.

I have been using Neon Dream pet sitting services for about 3 years now and can highly recommend them. It's a lot less stressful on me and my cat, not having to take her to a kennel when I have to leave home for a few days or longer. Donna and her crew always do an excellent job taking care of my pet as well as the extra little things that need attention at my home (watering plants for instance) when I'm gone. We've had one Neon Dream housesitter for years, and done a great job. There were a couple of maintenance emergencies that would have been real disasters if he hadn't contacted us, and he's patiently cleaned up tons of vomit when our cats were sick, and that kind of thing. My only complaint is that he's not very comfortable giving the cats medicine, which has been an issue as they get older. Donna, the owner, came to meet the cats and was comfortable with medication, so she took care of it.
I love the fact that they keep a copy of the key, so the hassle of meeting to deliver it only occurs once. Also, I like knowing that there are several people involved, so if the sitter has an emergency, our pets will still be cared for. I've never had a problem with scheduling, and Donna is professional and usually quite prompt with e-mail.

Tom was FANTASTIC! He is such a nice gentleman and he certainly understands cats! I was only gone a couple of days, but wanted to make sure my companions were ok, had their food, water, clean litter box and attention if they wanted it. Tom left detailed notes about how they were and what he did; he brought in my mail (even made detailed notes about that) and even swept the litter box area! Everything was clean when I returned home, and my kitties seemed just fine as well. I will not hesitate to use Neon Dream again (want Tom if he is available!) and I would definitely recommend them to friends or family.

I am extremely happy with Neon Dream. I have used them for over 10 years and they are fantastic. There is nothing I dislike. They have people in different areas in the city. I have worked with Tom since I have lived at this address. He is extremely professional. They write notes every day so I get a diary about how things have gone. He is complimentary on my fish tank. He is good with the animlas. He is a good guy and I like him. I would say there price is fair, without having compared prices.
