I was very happy overall with the job, he was professional, timely and very knowledgable.

It went just great. No surprises. They showed up on time at 8AM and finished by about 1:30PM. I can't say enough about their professionalism and excellent work. The price was very reasonable compared to other estimates I received and I feel that I received good value for my money. Kris and his team were courteous and thoughtful and went about their work with a professionalism I don't often see. I would highly recommend them. I feel confident that I bought a good system with a great warranty and that if there are ever any problems, Nelson Mechanical will take good care of me. Piece of mind is worth a lot.

Nelson Mechanical was the lowest of 3 quotes despite including a winter cover, 2x4's mounted between the cooler stand and the roof and start-up and shut-down the first year.  Kris Nelson quoted 3 systems.  Kris did the work himself.  He showed up when he said he would and completed the work as promised.  He also replaced the rusty plenum by going to buy the materials, cutting them to fit and installing them.  This was not part of the quote and he added only $20 to the cost because I asked him about it.  In October 2010 he returned to show me how to shut-down the cooler as promised.  The Aerocool unit he sold me has worked wonderfully.  I would recommend Nelson Mechanical and use them again myself if needed.

Totally happy with the job provided by Nelson Mechanical. We received a Rheem brand A/C unit for a good price, with a manufacturers rebate,  the labor was warrantied for two years, and it was a speedy installation. They showed up when they said they were going to, at 9:00 AM, and they were done with the install at 2:30 PM.
