Kiscaden provided us an upgrade on metal wheels and better springs at no additional cost.
This was all special order, since we did choose glass windows, an insulated door
Three weeks later another Mike came to install everything. Took down all of the old hardware, springs, wheels, supporting metal, etc.
It turned out that the previous owners had installed a wooden storage area at the front roof of the garage that stood in the way of installing the new, much more modern, higher hanging doors.
Mike called the office, and they sent out another man to help Mike remove the overhead storage area. It took them an hour together, and Wayne-Dalton charged me a total of $75 for the take down and removal!
Doors are beautiful, they work so quietly, and everything was finished and cleaned up within 5 hours, including the storage removal. Mike, the installer, was great. Likewise sales rep and their office. HIGHLY recommend them.
