I recieved a gift certificate from a friend for a pedicure.  It was my first.  The young woman who gave me the pedicure was not only polite and very respectful, she made me feel very at ease.  I have given pedicures to family members and on myself, of course.  This pedicurist was remarkably skilled and gentle. I was amazed at the detail at which she approached my toes.  Without any discumfort to me, she removed cuticle and dried skin from around each toe.  She gently filed and buffed the nail surface, applied solution to my toes to help soften the skin. As one foot was being worked on the other was in a water bath solution. She also gengly used a dremel file to buff off the callous on my heals and the ball of my foot.  All the while , the chair I was sitting in gave me the most amazing back massage.  She then gave me a lengthy foot and lower leg massage with soothing lotion.  The last step was the four step meticulous polishing of my toe nails.  
     This may be par for the course when getting a pedicure. Since it was my first I have nothing to compare it to, but I do know that I received wonderful treatment and an excellent job on my feet and toes. I left with very pretty toes and feeling amazingly relazed.
 I'm hooked and will definately return to this salon.  I would also highly recommend it to others.
