The cost wasn't excessive. They went above and beyond, and drove the RV down to the other place, and billed me the total amount. They are knowledgeable, and friendly. They are willing to work with you and they go above and beyond what you would normally expect them to do, to make it good for the customer.

They did a good job and they got it finished earlier than they thought they would.

Myers’ service director Scott Hardesty and one of Myers’ technicians made a thorough assessment of the damage, the needed repairs, and all the repair options. They were able to complete all repairs within six weeks and at a very reasonable cost. Scott Hardesty kept me informed of the progress and any issues that cropped up; he even drove to the train station to pick me up when the job was completed. I was very pleased with Myers’ work, and I strongly recommend Myers for anyone that wants honest, professional RV servicing.

They did an excellent job in line with cost quoted and was punctual and professional. There was a slight vibration in the Honda CR-V after I started it subsequent to the installation so I took it back for a quick look. They were fast to acknowledge my concern and quickly made the technician available who had installed the baseplate. Within a matter of minutes he located the offending vibration and fixed it. Nicely done.
