My Bug Guy

Initial treatment went well. They were punctual, seemed knowledgeable and treatment worked generally well, especially the interior ants. However, a follow-up call weeks later to request another treatment went unanswered for eight days. The company finally called back apologizing for the delay saying they got behind on their phone calls. I appreciate the call, but not responding to our phone message for eight days showed a lack of customer service and professionalism. He also said in his voicemail he couldn't get back to our home for another 5 days. Their seemed little urgency to rectify their delay. I decided to find another pest control provider.

Rob has always been punctual and pleasant. He has answered many questions I've had about New Mexico bugs, since I'm new to the area.

Very professional, on time, considerate of our activities and complete. Guarantees his work. Treated a very difficult ant infestation under the slab. They haven't come back in the months since treatment.

I liked Rob and he did a good job of spraying and attempting to help me with the critter problem. I would definitely call him again to come and spray for insects. However, even though he was very kind, respectful, and generally helpful - I'm not sure how much actual knowledge he had about pests and ways to eliminate them. I would also have preferred a more professional appearance.

Charlie and his crew arrived on time and went to work. They were kind enough to finish up a couple of small things I was unable to accomplish in the prep work. They were very respectful of my property and replaced all of the bricks and rock that had to be removed so they could trench around the house. Did a great job. I will certainly call them back if I have other issues.

Charlie is very responsive to calls, very nice guy. Got rid of ants on several occasions. Was prompt, worked quickly, price very reasonable-no contracts. I highly recommend his service.

Fine. (We used him a year or so ago for bedbugs, and they are gone, so we weren't surprised.)
He came on time, took about 45-60 minutes, sprayed the external perimeter of the house, some in the garage (where he could) and along the floor borders inside the house.
Told us to call him within the next 30 days if we saw anything and he would come back for free.
Very easy going type of guy. Easy to work with. $48 including tax.

The price was very reasonable. He is really easy to work with and professional. He communicates with me well and he is someone I feel comfortable letting in my home. The results of the extermination were good.

I called Monday morning and left a message. Within 2 hours he called me back and was able to come out the next day. (Other companies still have not returned my phone call!) He showed up on time, was incredibly knowledgable and professional. He did a thorough inspection and was not able to find anything. He did not try to sell me services that I did not need or try to get my on some kind of a contract. I was VERY pleased with him and HIGHLY recommed him.

I went to Angies List looking for a pest control service without contracts, without oppressive fees and with the hope that I would get the same technician each and every time I had service performed.
My first phone call to Charlie was returned the same day. He explained that no contracts were necessary and that he was the owner/technician. I said that I perferred bi-monthly service and he said, no problem. 3 for 3! Even though he wasn't in my area for a bit he made time to route me in as we were already seeing alot of roach activity. On Monday, May 20 Charlie arrived right on time, 0900 and I explained what I needed. He set to work and carefully sprayed front, back, sides, all perimeter walls and the garage. We are now several weeks removed from Charlie's service and the only pests we have seen are dead ones.
I found Charlies approach relaxed and knowledgeable and his fees very reasonable. He told me that if there were any problems to let him know as he completely guarantees his work.
I am now on a bi-monthly service rotation and come to find out Charlie had already been servicing several other houses on my block.
I feel I have finally found a pest control company that I can trust and that's easy to do business with.

He was very attentive, affordable, and punctual. He has got a very good reputation.

We usually have him on spring. His service price is pretty cheap. I do not really dislike anything about him. He is professional and punctual. I usually have to leave a message to him when I need his service, but he always get straight back to you.

Charlie is a great guy, very dependable, kind, and professional. I highly recommend him and will be calling him again. He shows up promptly, goes out of his way to accommodate odd schedules, and follows up.
