I was trying to sell my home and when the inspection was completed, we discovered rusty ducts throughout the in-ground duct work. All the duct work had to be sealed and replaced. We looked at three different companies and Mutliple Mechanical provided the most competitive bid, with the most efficient system. We replaced the heater and swamp cooler with a central air system. In addition, we replaced the hot water heater with a high efficiency, new hot water heater. The owner, Ian Smith was there throughout the project, and returned a two separate occasions to ensure the HVAC was balanced. I highly recommend Multiple Mechanical, we couldn't be happier with their work!
