Very positive.  They have been around for seventy five years.  The staff is very friendly.  I have a slight concern that they are a little over priced but I would rather spend a little more money than deal with someone I don't know.

They provided me up front inspections of all the work I asked for. They did a full safety inspection and found additional items that needed to be repaired. We discussed all repairs up front and agreed on pricing. They kept me informed of progress every step of the way. They were very transparent and cooperative. Even provided additional repair at no cost. When we discovered a bad part they replaced no cost no hassle. Have used Morris and Comanche for years. The only mechanic I trust to work on our 2000 Chrysler Town and Country. Vehicle runs and drives like its brand new.

Excellent. Morris and Comanche is now, since their expansion, beginning to take on large repair jobs. I have used them for 20 years. Glad to see they are undertaking heavy duty work. Car runs super after rebuild. Better gas mileage and very smooth operation.

Was having alternator light go on, battery not charging. Took my 72 Chevelle to this shop because it was close-by. After testing the system, told me I needed a new voltage regulator, and some new belts. When I called to see if the car was ready, was told that "the throttle cable jammed open" on a test drive, (this has never happened in the 40 years I've owned the car) and that they didn't know where to get a replacement. I told them to button car back up and I would pick it up. When I started the car after paying $320 dollars for service and parts, the alternator light was still glowing brightly. They offered to work on the car again, but I passed on the offer. Had a new throttle cable shipped out that night. And installed by my regular mechanic the next day. He also replaced the alternator, which was the root of the problem to begin with. If you have a classic car, you might want to look elsewhere for service

Have used this shop for years - even when it was Jess Auto Repair. Took our 2000 Chrysler Town and Country Van in for a radiator leak. They are always good about performing a detailed inspection of the vehicle and found additional leaks I had suspected but couldn't confirm. With 130,000 miles on the van we had to replace the radiator. And the other items did need to be replaced and or repaired. I can always inspect the parts they replace. They worked with us to make it as painless as possible but for the amount of work they performed (parts and labor) we got a fair deal.
