Really, the charges were reasonable and the car runs super well. With over 140,000 miles on my MDX it is a solid vehicle and will be a good vehicle for my up-in-coming teenage driver. There are 100,000's of miles left on this MDX if it is regularly maintained and I will continue to trust Montano Acura to do the job.
Air filters, Engine Flush, spark plugs, stabilization bars, transmission flush and fix of various seal leaks---you get the idea.

Montano Acura's service is the icing on the cake. I love my car and being able to drive an Acura TL is wonderful. The service department at Montano Acura takes great care of my car. I never worry about anything. I put gas in it and I drive it... They handle whatever needs to be done-usually under the great Acura warranty that comes with every car. Its a lot of car for the money and even more service after the sale.

The service was expensive, but I thought since it was the first service I would go to the dealer. They will wash my car as well, if I want them to for no additional cost. There were not pushy to try to have me buy additional things for my car. They are the only Acura dealership in my area so they don't really come down much on the price of the cars.

great. Excellent service - technicians are professional and perform high quality work. The service manager is very knowledgeable and explained all services provided and items that did not need to be immediately addressed - they did not "fix" things that did not need to be fixed. They provided me with a loaner vehicle as well as a free car wash and vacuum.

They have been very good. They have a very strong service department. I deal with Nathan Strong when I go here. His customer service is outstanding. I think they are comparable with what any other dealership would charge. Their quality and customer service is excellent. They always give me a loaner car when mine stays in the shop. Even though my car is out of warranty, they will always provide me with a loaner car which is usually a brand new Acura.

I visited Montano Acura it's been a couple, three months. The car is sixteen years old and runs like a top. And that's because I do the maintenance when you are supposed to. I bought it used. I made it perfectly clear at the people at the shop that I have gotten to be friendly with that I'm keeping this car until the wheels fall off. I still get a loaner for no charge. I have to replace the gas, but I don't even to that because all I do is go from the dealership to home and it's like three miles. Nathan the shop manager knows I don't do it because he knows how close I live and he's got no problem with that. If I call up and say there is something wrong or I just found out I'm taking a trip and I need to plug it in for a check out they will see me a day or if it's early enough they make room for me the next day. Usually it takes about a week to get an appointment. They are reasonable. You pay a little more for going to the dealership generally but if something is not right, you've got somewhere to go to reliably. I like everything about their services, they are just good, they good work. I'm certain that there have been several times when they have given me a break on the price a little bit. There was a time when I lost my key and I was all the way across town and they made up a new key and drove it out to me and didn't charge me for it.

Terrible experience. Brakes continued to shimmy shortly after service was done. They claimed the rotors had been turned too much previously but why not replace rotors if that was the case. I ended up buying new rotors myself. They replaced the volume control on the steering wheel for $180 but it still didn't work. They don't seem to check their work once it's complete. I've noticed they charge about 30% more for equivalent service at other shops but the quality of the work is very poor. I take my car to other shops now.

I think that their prices are really good. The service provider there was excellent. I like how they guide you with everything they are doing. They gave me a rental car to take with me so I didn't have to wait around. They worked quick too. It didn't even take a day to fix it all. If there is something on your car that doesn't have to be done and can wait they don't force you to fix it right away.
