The technician(David)arrived on time and was courteous and informative during the entire process. Unfortunately the amount of damage done to wires and monitor boxes was not immediately apparent until Dave started testing the wiring. The job entailed more than first imagined with multiple runs by Tim to bring more components and equipment to replace the damaged ones. David was sure to ask whenever a hole had to be punched anywhere and he did an excellent job in spackling and clean up of all work. David completed the job around 5:00PM with a thorough walk through of the system with time for all questions to be answered.
