Many issues as they used sub-contractors in 2000 verses having their own crews in 1988. Their site manager quit! It was a nightmare of problems after we moved in. Many walls cracked, problematic windows, plumbing that did not meet code, electric work that was never completed and many wall spots that were never insulated. Floor tiles that cracked all over and just shotty workmanship. We do not know how the house passed some inspections! The company in 2000 no longer has the quality it once had. It was a top builder and now is just another builder. I would not build with them again.

I purchased a new home from Mock associates.  I am constantly shocked at how sloppy the building was and how low quality everything is.  In addition, it has been nearly impossible to get anything fixed under the warranty.  They are rude, hostile and unresponsive.  Please learn from my mistake.  These are awful people who take no pride in their work and not the type of individuals you want to purchase a home from.  We just feel awful about the whole situation and are afraid to give specifics because we are still hoping they will finish some of the HUGE mistakes they made.
