Real Estate Service
We had 8 viewings that weekend and received an offer that same week end which we accepted. Previous to showing the house, she suggested staging it to highlight its assets. We did so and believed this made for such a quick transaction. The entire time of the sale my wife and I were out of state. Cynthia coordinated all legal and civil transactions. At no time did we ever doubt her skill in handling the sale from start to finish electronically. She has always been upbeat in her demeanor and she made us feel like old friends. If you want to buy or sell a house, we highly recommend Cynthia Ming.
