My sister's paid for me to have a housecleaning done by them. They sent me a crew that didn't speak English. They said they were done, and there was dust all over everything. I had them re-do the living room. They didn't know how to houseclean. I would never hire them again. 

It was expensive if they didn't do the job. If they would've done the job, I don't think the price was that expensive. It was not very good. They didn't throw a hissy fit when I told them to dust again. They were here when they said they would be.

I have this service every two weeks. They are very reliable, although the arrival time varies. The cleaning is good and if the team changes they check to see how the new team did. I was out of town and had a house sitter who returned to the house while the maids were there. The manager called me to verify that the house sitter was really who she said she was - she said the maids wouldn't leave until I said it was ok. I was very impressed by their concern for the security of my house!

I am a Professional Home Stager. This house was NOT clean. And most definitely NOT, and quot;show cleanand quot;. We had to bring in a cleaning lady to clean as we cleaned along with her. The kitchen cabinets were sticky, dirty, grimy. The base boards, filthy. All the doors in the house were untouched. The floors, may have been moped and vacuumed, but were not and quot;show cleanand quot;. We had to use a tooth brush to get the floor clean around the dishwasher and other appliances. The windows were streaked as well as the front of the microwave and refrigerator. There was an attempt, but again, NOT and quot;show cleanand quot;. It took us two days to clean with 3 of us working on it.
Will not recommend Merry Maids ever!

A very happy and satisfied customer here. She does an excellent job and my kitchen is always sparkling. Occasionally I'll get a call about the previous house being a tougher job than expected or the maid is stuck (weather or car trouble). But stuff happens and I always get a phone call to reschedule. The maid usually arrives at the designated time and gone before the thundering herd comes home. (5 kids) Yeah, Merry Maids is a bit more expensive than a couple of other services I tried before, but they are professional and worth it.

They don't show up. They don't call. They're very inconvenient and irresponsible. They only contact us through the computer. They should start using their phone.

They were polite and punctual. They were fine. It was pretty normal house cleaning service. I liked the fact that I have the same person all the time because I would know what to expect that day.

I have used them for years. They did a good job. They are terrific. They did the job in two hours.

They are very efficient, courteous, and timely. They did an good job. The price was fine.

They do a very fa nominal, very thorough job. they show up when they say they will. they take the time they need. they tell you before hand how long it will be and they are always finished in the allotted time or sooner. I was in an apartment when I moved here and then I bought a house and I used the maids for the clearing of the apartment and the of course the apartment manager had glowing remarks about how the apartment was cleaned.

They were really good. They were fast, but did an excellent job.

I HATE housework. I'm not good at it, I never learned how, and having an immaculate house has not been a priority for me. However, when my husband moved in that was more than I was willing to deal with. So we got estimates from a couple of cleaning companies, promising basically the same things. Merry Maids was a bit cheaper, but not by much.
Considering the way the house looked when they first came to do the overall cleaning they did a great job. I should mention we have cats and a dog which add a layer of difficulty to keeping the house clean. I think it took them 3 or 4 hours with 3 or 4 cleaning people. They even cleaned the shower so well we decided not to rip it out and start over.
After that we went to a biweekly cleaning. Which was great for a while, every time they came there were little things that they missed but not worth calling about. I did call a few times for them to address things obviously missed, but I don't usually even notice anything right away. Each time I have called, Marie is very accomodating and apologetic. Also, very prompt to address what ever they have missed and usually come back the next day and redo the whole house until it truely shines.
As time has gone by though, the quality of work seems to be slipping to the point I'm considering finding another company. I honestly don't know if I'm paying more attention to how things look or if it's their quality but I don't want to call them back after every cleaning.
I do recommend Merry Maids just because of Marie, and I feel like they can and probably would do a great job for some one else.

We've used Merry Maids for several years, and have received consistently excellent service, with the same specialist each visit. From vacuuming carpets and rugs, to dusting, to steam-cleaning hardware and tile floors, Susan does an excellent job. The kitchen sparkles when she is done, from the granite countertops, to the lemon-oiled cabinets, to the sinks, and even the hidden nooks and crannies shine! On each visit an area of the house is picked for extra care, and we get to review the checklist and the work. It's always a pleasure to enjoy a spotlessly clean house, especially in windy, dusty Corrales. I can't recall a single problem that we've had. Little things (if any) are resolved on the spot. Several times per year a supervisor visits to evaluate the work, an added plus.

We hate washing the windows in our home, so we also use this service from Merry Maids several times per year. Tim and his helper always do a great job and are fast. I don't know how their costs compare to other companies, but the simplicity of being able to schedule through Merry Maids makes our lives easier.

Since this was a new team (I have used this company at their old location in Rio Rancho for about 3 yrs.), I gave specific needs that I didn't want them to miss. They paid attention and did everything that I requested.

I had an initial cleaning before my husband came home from the hospital to be on HOSPICE. I continued to use the service monthly after he died. I have had two different regular teams (both excellent). They do everything I expect and pay attention to details. The only times I have had the service not live up to expectations is when I have had substitute teams. Then they always offer to correct the problem. I have never felt it necessary to have even the less suitable cleaners come back. I will continue to use this company as long as I usually have the people who are very good.

RUN AS FAST AS POSSIBLE AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! HIRE THIS COMPANY ONLY IF YOU HAVE $306.96 TO THROW AWAY EVERY MONTH. This company didn't even have the courtesy to imform me of any changes to their policies or practices, or my contract. Their service is so so very bad--that I was forced to fax a letter to Merry Maid's Corporated Headquarters. YOU WANT NOTHING WHAT SO EVER TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY! I have the origional signed contract as well as a copy of the letter I sent Corporate if anyone would like proof of my statements.

I am satisfied. I have ups and downs with them. They are very responsive. Overall I have had good experiences with them. They will make good on it if I have a problem. They are very prompt.

I had them come to my daughters house to clean after she had surgery. They charged me a little more then I thought but they did reimburse me for the extra cost.

Not great. Waste of time and money. Amazed at the lack of thoroughness. If you can't do the job, just say so!
