Melba Florist apparently did not have daisies or yellow roses. They substituted with lavender roses, pink carnations and pink lilies. They did not contact us to tell us there was a issue to allow us to offer guidance to a color scheme or flower choice. There also were many fewer flowers in the bouquet that was sent than what was ordered. I am embarrassed by the bouquet my mother received. They did deliver when they said they would, but that was the only thing that was done correctly.

The bouquets were beautiful and very fresh. Many flowers included were unique and not boring old-fashioned looking flowers. I'm glad I left the flower choice up to them, and just asked for the color scheme, or I might have asked for the boring ones- lol. The lady on the phone listened to what I wanted and they fulfilled my wishes. The delivery person was polite.

I was disappointed in the flower arrangement that arrived. It was delivered on time and the service was great on the phone BUT I did not think I got my money's worth. A recent purchase from Albuquerque Florist confirmed that perception.

This is a GREAT florist!!! Always reliable, best in town. Never have to worry about the finished product...Always AMAZING!! Highly recommend!
