Someone who works here is a scammer! My mother-in-law, who lives with us, took her car here for an oil change. She's been a long time fan of this place. She came home telling me that a mouse had been living in her air-filter compartment. She was very concerned that the garage was infested. She showed me a box with a filter and lots of stuff that looked like mouse nest material. Something seemed strange, but I couldn't place it. We live in a place where mice can be a problem. In fact, I have an VW Vanagon that I keep outside and we had some issues with mice living in the heater box. Later that night while thinking about this, I remembered that my van smelled like a mouse nest (still does). I went out to the garage and examined the filter she brought home. The "mouse nest material" was perfectly clean lint. It had no mouse poop and smelled fresh. Yes I stuck my face in it. The stuff I pulled out of my van was soaked in mouse pee and covered in turds, as a mouse nest is! Then I looked at the filter, it was clean. The thing didn't need to be replaced. This is a classic scam. They put vacuum cleaner lint on the filter and get you to pay for an air-filter replacement that you don't need. Luckily, they sent her home with it, so now we have an air-filter for next time. But, this sorta stuff drives me crazy. Both my wife and my mother-in-law keep experiencing car repair people trying to convince them they need unnecessary stuff. Typically they call me... and I say, "NO. you don't need to pay $300 to have your power steering flushed in your car that has 20k miles." Ugggg! Go hear if you want, but be weary.

I own a Mini Cooper S with the John Cooper works edition. I purchased the car used and the prvious owner had installed a upgraded brake system on the car. The high performance brake system could not be purchased locally and had to come from NY. Not only was the system upgraded to the Brembo braking system, but it was upgraded to the Brembo BMW system. I was grateful that they did that they were honest with me about the system and did not overcharge me because I knew nothing about it. I would reccommend this Car Care Center to anyone. Yo will be treated to great service and friendly owners and staff.

Performed service for 1/4 of Perfection Honda estimate and less than most other estimates, did the work the same day as the estimate, told me what I needed and did not need. Even though they had a problem with on old rusty bolt, they performed the work as estimated, kept me informed as work progressed, and were very professional. I have been to a lot of garages and dealers before, these are the best folks I have run across. I would recommend them to anyone.
