I found the mattresses to be too firm and they exchanged them out for softer mattresses which I was very grateful that they did. They were generous with the originally order with giving us a reduced delivery charge. Even though these mattresses exceeded the 100 day guarantee for exchange they were willing to give me that option because the beds were only slept in by one person. They were so hard we found my little grandson sleeping on the carpet because it was softer than the bed. They were very, very kind, the tags were still on them and there was nothing to say they were used so they exchanged them out. The sales person was extremely helpful and didn't hover. They were very accommodating, I was very pleased. We did a lot of comparative pricing and they were right in the market of everyone else for a good mattress. They delivered them in 2 days after our request and that was only because they couldn't come the next day. I couldn't have had a better experience with them.
