Marshauna did install the pool cover adequately, although all work was performed very slowly. The winterizing of the pool took weeks to complete with extremely poor workmanship; i.e., dirty rags were wrapped around pipes with risk of freezing. The hot tub has never worked even after hundreds of dollars spent for repair. One leak near electrical wiring was so bad, I feared electrocution. Repairman/owner would access backyard without notification, often for only a few minutes, then leave without completing the work. Billing was unclear due to sporadic and unpredictable appearances. I withheld final payment due to extremely poor work.

They came within a day after first contact to do some measurements and write up an estimate. A week or so later we decided to have them do the work and someone was over to confirm the specifics that day. A few days later someone came to start gradually draining the water and taking the vinyl out of the shallow end to put in forms for the steps. It was a gradual process and the weather was unusually cold. The workers came to the door to let me know they were ready to do the rest of the demolition and prep work. After that, I would unlock my gate in the morning and they could come and go during the day. Sometimes I wouldn't see them for 2 or 3 days but we had been told that they were doing others around town and we were fine with that. They did a good job of cleaning up. Once there was a pile of sand beside our driveway for a few days until someone with a pickup was available to come and get it . Payment was 25% when we signed contract, 25% about halfway through and the remaining 50% was paid the day the project was complete.

He answered the phone and came out right away. He was prompt and did a five star job.
