They did not do everything they said they would prior to us moving in. Living room carpet was loose with big wrinkles, window in kitchen was not replaced. They also did not respond quickly to major problems like a fireplace that stopped working. Finally when we moved out they charged us $300 for a trash compactor we never touched and said we broke and they also failed to return double payment for garbage service... this depiste the promise they would repay the money -- "Dorella told you I would reimburse you the 98.13 if you had paid and I will". That was over a month ago.
