They're really good. They have different grades for their stylists so it has to be one of the top stylists there. She's really good. They give you a neck massage. I like to get Kelly because for my hair she's a really good hairstylist. It was a very nice experience.

Excellent! One of the best pedicures I've ever had. Pedicure chairs are back in the spa area so it's peaceful and quiet.

The only downside is that it was expensive. I'm used to paying no more than $35 for a good pedicure.

Stylist at Nob Hill took her time to understand what I was looking for and did an outstanding job cutting my hair. I will definitely go back to her. I have been trying to get my hair cut a certain way for years and have been unsuccessful at finding someone who understood. So glad I went there!

I've had hair cuts and pedicures at the Juan Tabo location. The staff is very professional and helpful. The hair cut was among the best I've had; it looked good for weeks. A little expensive, but worth it.

Walked in and asked for an appointment for a hair cut. I was given a time in about 1.5 hours. When I returned it was another .5 hours before the stylist was available. They were responsive and supportive. I had lots of questions about what to do with my hair as it had been some time since I had had it cut and wanted professional/high level of skill support. During the services the provider answered questions and explained, and seemed knowledgeable and creative. I liked the way it looked when I left. I have not found it easy to replicate, which was one of my key desires: ease of care.

I went to this salon on the recommendation of a coworker. I was happy with the haircut, but the price seemed a bit steep for what it was ($55 plus tip). The salon itself was smaller than I anticipated, only about 6 stations. It seemed cramped and dark.

They are very professional and very fun. It's a fun place. They are very courteous. They provide a full range of services, but I don't take advantage of all of them. They are always asking if there is anything else I need and they're willing to take care of it if there is.

The staff is wonderful;they are very courteous and conscientious. I have never had a negative experience. The hairstylists are very professional as are the beauticians.
