I refused the proposed replacements because (a) they were not able to repair the washer fluid sensor and (b) the tire wear was not as stated and (c) I saw no evidence that the other replacements proposed were needed.

After the new front brakes were installed and car was difficult to stop. I took my car back and complained and they tested the car and confirmed by complaint; however, the service technician believed it was simply a matter of the new front brakes not being and quot;seatedand quot; and the problem would resolve itself. I was not satisfied and asked for the manager who came and had a second technician check the brakes. The second concurred with the first and the manager then drove the car for himself. In the end I left with nothing done, and subsequently the technicians proved right - my brakes are working great after 3 months. But I was greatly impressed with the resources devoted to checking and testing on an issue that didn't need any additional fixing.
