They are great. The people who cleaned were always nice and would occasionally leave us a note of thanks. The office was clean and they respected any wishes of not moving papers and such. They were always responsive and pleasant when I called. They are just a great service. The only reason we stopped using them was that we moved our office to sublet from another company that had a service in place. Still, I miss Maid Brigade's service and I'd certainly hire them again.

In my opinion, they are not very efficient, not the best organized group. The only consistent thing about them is that the team leader for the group that came to my house is the same. She has been the same person every time and I have a good relationship with her and she tries her best. Each time she comes out, she's got two different persons in her crew. Sometimes it's her with two others. That's the inconsistency that I think affects the quality of the work because she is the only one who actually knows the house, but she can't really supervise the other people because she is working as well. She is cleaning as well. So, that's a big negative in my view. It's just over time, I've grown more and more dissatisfied and unhappy with the service. I'm seriously considering trying someone else.

Team of 3 arrived on time with all their equipment.  Complied with all my requests for cleaning and arranging furniture.  House really needed deep cleaning due to my knee surgery.  Excellent, cheerful workers.

Nice people, easy to work with. Willing to take on the challenges of how to do some of my cleaning right. They never stopped moving and having two people work on my home really was nice-rather than someone all day long...They cleaned dust I never noticed... I will definitely have them regularly.

They do a good job for a reasonable price.  They provide good service. 

They consistently do a good job of cleaning the house. They do the whole house. There is usually two or three people for a couple of hours.

I possibly may use them again in the future.

I have used this service for about 14 months. I loved the crew that came for the first 11 months. They did an excellent job and I did not mind paying the $130 for a 2900 sq. ft. house cleaning. The last three months have been unpredictable because my steady Crew quit. Last week, the crew was only here for 40 minutes and cleaned very superficially. They did not show up at the scheduled time (which often happens). It has only been 6 days since they came and my house needs cleaning again. I am planning on finding a new service.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK AND HAD THE WORK DONE IN NO TIME AT ALL. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS. THEY HAD ANSWERS TO ALL MY QUESTIONS. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB WITH THE CLEANING.

I LIKE HAVING THEM IN MY HOUSE. THEY ALWAYS LEAVE EVERYTHING LOOKING VERY PRESENTABLE. I LOVE THE WAY THEY COME, DO WHAT THEY HAVE TO DO, AND DON'T MESS AROUND.
