+ -1 moreThey are great. The people who cleaned were always nice and would occasionally leave us a note of thanks. The office was clean and they respected any wishes of not moving papers and such. They were always responsive and pleasant when I called. They are just a great service. The only reason we stopped using them was that we moved our office to sublet from another company that had a service in place. Still, I miss Maid Brigade's service and I'd certainly hire them again.
Description of Work: My company hired Maid Brigade to clean our small three person office, kitchen area and bathroom every week.

+ -1 moreIn my opinion, they are not very efficient, not the best organized group. The only consistent thing about them is that the team leader for the group that came to my house is the same. She has been the same person every time and I have a good relationship with her and she tries her best. Each time she comes out, she's got two different persons in her crew. Sometimes it's her with two others. That's the inconsistency that I think affects the quality of the work because she is the only one who actually knows the house, but she can't really supervise the other people because she is working as well. She is cleaning as well. So, that's a big negative in my view. It's just over time, I've grown more and more dissatisfied and unhappy with the service. I'm seriously considering trying someone else.

They never stopped moving and having two people work on my home really was nice-rather than someone all day long...They cleaned dust I never noticed... I will definitely have them regularly.
Description of Work: They cleaned my whole house 3000 sq ft in 3 hours. Did an excellent and thorough job. So nice to get all of the heavy dusting done!

+ -1 moreI have used this service for about 14 months. I loved the crew that came for the first 11 months. They did an excellent job and I did not mind paying the $130 for a 2900 sq. ft. house cleaning. The last three months have been unpredictable because my steady Crew quit. Last week, the crew was only here for 40 minutes and cleaned very superficially. They did not show up at the scheduled time (which often happens). It has only been 6 days since they came and my house needs cleaning again. I am planning on finding a new service.

+ -1 moreI received two other estimates, in person, on the premises, one from Angie's List and one not. I chose the one from Angie's List. They have completed the initial deep cleaning, and I will report on their service following the first bi-weekly house cleaning. So far, they are excellent.
Description of Work: I called to have an estimate date set up. I was told they would first come to do an initial cleaning and that that would run around $350.00, and then they would give me an estimate on a bi-weekly rate. I'm sure after spending $350.00 I would feel I'd have to hire them, or if their rate was too high, I would feel I had been taken. So, they may be the best cleaners in the world, but I'm afraid I will not be finding out. Everyone else wanted to send someone to give me an estimate, giving me a fair chance to make a reasonable decision. The Maid Brigade is located very close to my home so I was a equally shocked by their first time rate. Perhaps the owner was not the one I spoke to, and if that was the case, she did the company a disservice. All other quotes were half the amount they quoted, or less.
