Employees were courteous, the paint job looks very nice at a very fair price, and it was actually done a little early. My only complaint is that I didn't have the bed re-painted in order to save money and because I have a bed liner. They didn't mention that they would charge me $100 to tape off the bed to not get paint in it; That is the one point where I feel like they tried to squeeze some extra money out of me. Overall, though, a positive experience.

Because of the poor primer used on this vintage Chevy and the surface rust, the entire vehicle required removal to bare metal, etch and re-prime, and then epoxy-based paint. The service was very professional and the shop foreman took significant time to explain what needed to be done, what he recommended and why. When I returned from travel, they left me a message that there would be a couple day delay until the truck was completed because it went back into the shop for re-work. Initially, I was a little dismayed until I went to the shop and the foreman explained that the reason it went back into the shop was that the rear door had an additional"ding" in the door other than the one dent I had requested to be fixed. He said that the rest of the truck looked so good to him that he wanted the ding fixed to make it a perfect job at no extra cost to me. So he sent it back to the body shop and then re-paint. I am impressed and pleased with the final quality of the pain job. Makes my old suburban look like new!

They were very good. They did an extremely good job of matching the paint and finished the job earlier than expected.

We used the same color as the original. From the outside, the car looks new. A very pleasant experience.

This was a minor repair job. The back part of the car was dented and the paint was chipped. The fixed the dent and painted the part of the car that was damaged. I was very happy with the work. I don't know how they would do on a major repair job, but for what I needed, I was very satisfied.

These guys can do it ALL! Very professional, but NOT uptight, lol! REAL human beings ... and they actually care! The entire team was very courteous! Three of them stayed late (after business hours) and ensured that I received my vehicle in working order. True commitment and I am very thankful for it! I will be returning with my truck shortly!

Took a badly weathered 2005 Prius in for a complete repaint. Maaco said that it had to 'hand sand and prep' two areas due to excessive weathering. One of those areas was the hood.
We elected to have the car repainted in the OEM color to make it easier to match the color. We agreed to pay extra to hand prep the overly weathered areas including the hood.
When we picked the car up, the first thing we noticed was a dent with a bit of missing paint in the middle of it right on the hood which was supposed to have been hand sanded and prepped. We pointed that out to the manager who expressed some regret but then went into a sad sack routine about that only way to fix that was to completely redo the hood. Well, that wasn't our problem but he did such a tragic opera routine on how much a hardship it would be to fix the dent he either made or failed to fix the first time that we decided we'd rather live with our newly painted newly dented car than have to listen to his lamentations any longer.
So in the end, we paid $1,200.00 and did get a resprayed car but we didn't get that feeling of newness back again because of the prominent dent and bit of missing paint right on the front of the car where it's impossible to miss.
I emailed the Maaco Customer Service central attaching a scan of the invoice. Customer Service emailed back asking which Maaco we went to. Well, it was right there on the receipt I scanned and attached implying to me that Customer Service didn't pay attention to my email or it was too stupid to read its own receipts. I explained it was the one in Albuquerque and I got back a reply saying that Central notified Albuquerque of the complaint and local would get back to me.
It's been several months and no response of any kind from Maaco. I'm disgusted with the job it did and the company both locally and national. Never again. Avoid this place like the plague.

The service was excellent. Not only did they do a great job, they were very courteous and professional as well. I would recommend them.

I had 2 fenders and a bumper that needed painting and after shopping around, Maaco seemed like a pretty good bet even though I had read mixed reviews.
After multiple calls and quotes from a guy named Mike I decided to go there. The parts were in great shape as I had originally described and just needed to be sanded and sprayed. He had quoted me $350 for this. Originally it was $500 but he had tried to price match for me which i thought was great.
When I got there, he took one look at one of my fenders and immediately said that it would have to be sanded and would cost another $125 per fender to do it. The bumper would be $175 extra. This is without even seeing the other two parts.
This just brought the price up to $775 from $350. And he had originally said that sanding was included!
Long story short, I didn't waste anymore time with these people and took my business elsewhere!
If your looking for a great paint job at a fair price, go to One Day Paint and Body on Zuni and ask for Lupe! I got this whole job done there for under $350 and they sanded it down to the metal with a smile!

It was done to perfection! This is the second vehicle we have taken there and the paint job and body work were done beautifully. We will be taking a third vehicle there soon. I recommend them to everyone.

I was absolutely floored at the excellent job that was done on my 95 Lincoln. The paint matched perfectly to the original color and it had more glitter in it which is just gorgeous!!!!!!!!!! The job was so excellent that we are going to have our pickup truck done as well. It beats buying a new car and making huge payments. It's better to restore what you have than to buy a new one. I would recommend Maaco to everyone. Also, the price was not outrageous.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and they did a fine job.

They did an ecellent job of preparing and painting my car and matched the original color well. They completed the job in 3 days as predicted. I was very pleased with their work and service. For the price it was a very good value.

They were great and the car came out fantastic. We were reluctant to take a car to Maaco because of the bad reviews but they bent over backwards to give us just what we wanted at a reasonable price. They did have the car a long time but it was well worth the wait. It's beautiful and we were grateful for the professional job. They are great to deal with and we would definitely use them again for any vehicle. They even corrected a slight error on one inside door frame and there was never a problem. We think they deserve a great review. We recommend them to all that need body work or paint for their cars. We have a 1966 VW Beetle.
