Quick estimate and good attitude. time estimate: 2 weeks. Company had not finished previous job, hence very slow start. Numerous excuses and no show days or 1-hour work days. Always claimed a large crew but only one worker on site during first 2 weeks. Not prepared with tools or supplies, poor work prep, our carpet is ruined and will have to replaced. Sheetrock work: a good job but mess left for us to clean. Sinks: off centered, caulk left all over counter. Floor tiles are well done because they had to hire another company to get the job done during the fourth week. They did not finish the carpet/tile transitions. Shower: the shower is nice but I had to complain of use of the wrong size tile and sloppy placement to get the job done right. Numerous cracks in grout and poor tile cuts are evident. The end: the cleanup was very poor, the company's owner combative and unprofessional. After receiving final payment would not finish the job (i.e. grout). Told to leave, no handshake.
