In 2015 I went through the program for the first time. The anxiety of spending a month on that restricted of a diet was far worse than the program. I was expecting to be starving the whole time. I wasn't at all. I was actually too busy reading the books that came along with the program to really notice. In 2016, I went through the program for body sculpting and just to kind of detox. I felt great after a month of no lunch buffets, junk food, etc. I just know that I can't do that without help. I will be going through it again this year just for the same reasons.
