Furniture - Sales
I was sold a queen-size bedroom set. The delivery outfit is a sub-contractor. When they delivered it today the mattress wouldn't fit into the bed. The set is actually a California king. The mattress will not fit the bedroom set. The delivery was an extra $65. I have the receipt that states I purchased a queen size set. They won't take it back because they do not give refunds. They are now telling me that there was a card on the bed that stated the mattress was a Cal-king even though the salesman told me it was a queen. I may now have to buy an additional mattress. The owner of this establishment basically told me that all sales are final and it is my tough luck.
