Long Branch Tree Svc

It was a wonderful experience!  They took down the trees without damaging anything, they cleaned up after themselves, and they acted professionally and courteously when dealing with me.  I would highly recommend their services to others.

The owner gentleman did a fantastic job. He was very professional. He is an older gentleman and he has got tons of experience. We had a really tricky situation with a huge maple tree that died, and we were afraid it was going to blow over on to the house. It was so unsafe that they couldn't even put guys in it to cut the limbs off to whittle it down. They had to get a crane. They put a crane in the front yard and it went over the house into the backyard and held on to the tree. They just lifted the tree up out of the dirt and over the house. It was a little nerve-wracking but he knew exactly what he was doing. Everyone else was really not sure on how to do it. He was very professional. He came highly recommended from a neighbor who had used him, so we felt at ease going with him.

The crew showed up on time.  

The owner did not instruct his crew do what we discussed during the consultation, it was as if he had no memory of what I wanted or didn't want done.  Either that, or he simply didn't care.  The crew came in with chain saws and worked as quickly as possible, which resulted in the removal of the wrong limbs.  Clean up was acceptable, not great.  The crew left behind a little landscaping damage.  The owner was present.   

I would recommend this company to someone who wants trees removed from a non-sensitive area of the property, but not for delicate or thoughtful work.

I am very happy with the service from Long Branch. Bill is knowledgeable and honest and  performs the work as promised. He brought a big enough crew to do the work efficiently and quickly and the cost was exactly as agreed on. I will definately call this company again.

What I really liked about them was that removing the tree involved parking a very large crane in the front of my house and the tree was at the back of my house, so, they had to cut portions, swing parts of the tree over the house and it was a very large operation. I really liked that they were very experienced in removing extremely large trees. For all the work that they did, I thought their estimate was reasonable.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable folks to work with. The woman we initially called was very cordial and assured us we would hear from someone, to set up an estimate appointment. The gentleman who came to give the estimate listened to what we wanted and was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. He didn't make us feel rushed at all and he took the time to look at each tree, with us to determine what work would be done. We were told the work would be done on a Thursday, but they were actually able to do the work sooner. They did a great job on the trees and still kept the natural shape that we had requested. Their clean-up efforts were great, all of the debris was removed and they even swept our driveway and leveled out some of our rock landscaping. Though this company's estimate was a bit higher than others, we would definitely use them again. They're trustworthy and did a fantastic job.

WELL, I WASN'T VERY HAPPY. THEY SCRATCHED UP MY DECK REALLY BAD AND LEFT BEHIND A HUGE MESS. THERE WERE SO MANY WOOD CHIPS AND SO MUCH DIRT LEFT LYING AROUND THAT I KNEW THEY WERE IN A HURRY TO LEAVE.

HE IS LIGHT AND QUICK ON HIS FEET. HE DOES A VERY GOOD JOB; HE SEEMS TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE COMES ONCE A YEAR, AND HE DOES A BEAUTIFUL JOB. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
