It really made a huge difference in my home. They did over 800 sq ft, eliminating transitions (my elderly mother lives with me). It is beautiful and durable, guaranteed for life. With a dog and 2 cats, my worries are now over!

They fixed the issue within 24 hours of calling them, which is amazing because I know they are really busy, but Joe was able to fit us into his schedule. We had the extra materials on hand and within an hour the buckling in the floor was gone.

It went very well. They were professional. They offered a great price and were friendly. The owner Joe is a great guy.

Joseph was very professional and identified all the steps needed to make sure the warranty remained intact, such as concrete moisture test and acclimation period.  Hector did the installation--very nicely done, did the cutting outside, and cleaned up very well.  I was short one box of flooring, and Joseph accommodated the additional wait (acclimation) period with no problem.  Great group.

He installed a kitchen smoked glass subway tile backsplash using sourced materials from an online vendor that I found.  The results were excellent, tiles level and flush, white grout lines crisp and clean, all tile cuts were precise.  We also determined the edges were  to end behind the refrigerator instead of flush with the cabinets and two rows below and behind the stove to ensure a clean, neat finish.
The total job took three days, but the results were perfect, and I'm a perfectionist!.
The results speak for themselves and we will certainly use him for the hardwood floor install next.

Very well.  I decided not to proceed due to the cost, but he did an excellent job providing me with all the information I need to make a decision.

Joe and his helper (Oscar?) were able to start within a couple of days from when I called him.  They showed up on time and worked all day every day until completion.  The house was built in the 1950s and the floors had been carpeted for a long time.  There were several areas of stains resulting from dogs having peed on the carpet (and, thus, the oak floor underneath).  Joe said they might not be able to get them completely out.  However, by working like demons, they managed to eradicate them entirely.  They also filled in an opening where an old floor furnace had been.  The floors look beautiful, as if they had just been installed and no people or dogs had ever been present in the house!  Joe also brought two copies of a set of instructions for taking care of the floor, one for the tenant and one for the landlord.  (I should also add that my son had previously refinished oak floors in a couple of our other rental houses.  He found it was very hard work and was not very pleased with his results.  Several years ago he happened to notice a house where Little Joe's truck was parked outside, so he peeked in to see how the floors looked.  They were gorgeous, so when this house needed to have the floors refinished, he told me not to bother to call anyone but Little Joe's.  I had also checked Angie's List, so I had a double recommendation.)  We were especially happy about the job Joe did because we have unfortunately sometimes had other "experts" do things for us and when they finished, they were pleased with the job they had done, but we weren't.  This time we were both happy!

We did an estimate and consultation with several companies. Then spoke with friends who knew of their work. Did a compare and contrast....and chose Joe to do the work.

Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with.  They started shortly after we approved the estimate, and arrived promptly every day, taking exactly as much time as projected to finish the project.  They were tidy, courteous, and did beautiful work.  Our fireplace is not-exactly-square, and they did an excellent job with their cuts around this area.  They also did a beautiful job with some slight level changes at the entry to the area.

They arrived on time for the estimate and for the work, and completed the work as scheduled.  We removed the molding at the bottom of the baseboards and then painted and installed new molding ourselves after they finished, and I recommend that process because their machines did scuff up the molding a little bit.

My mother has been slowly updating her home.  We needed not only to have a good flooring company, but also one that could advise on quality and color to match her new baseboards.  Little Joe's was suggested by another contractor who put in a pocket door and saw the color of the wood we are updating with.

First, Nancy brought several selections for us to look at. Then, after seeing how my mom lives, she had alternative suggestions.  We went with a synthetic wood floor that matches PERFECTLY with the new wood baseboards and trim.

After we put the down payment to order the flooring, we were called when it came in and scheduled the install. The day of they install they called to let us know they were on their way, got started and did a BEAUTIFUL install in the 2 days.

Plastic sheeting was put up prior to removal of the old flooring and cleanup was done before leaving both evenings.

The repair is indistinguishable from the lovely original floor, seamless as if the wood has always been there. A technician came the day after my call which was wonderful as there was a hole in the passageway between the living and dining room. This is a fine family company with Joseph's engaging wife managing the office and his daughter (whom I learned is also an accomplished kickboxer who is studying to be a police officer) proficiently operating an enormous sander. A fine experience and the floors are exquisite.

Thumbs down to whatever company installed the carpet over the hardwood in the first place. When I pulled up the carpet and padding, the amount of glue and nails they used was excessive and a little ridiculous.

They did a great job and did it fast.

I was very happy with the work they did for me. I agreed to the terms of the contract and they followed through to the end. The job took a few days as told beforehand so I know it was going to a while until the job was completed. I was very happy how they left their work area, clean and organized. They were always punctual to the job and very pleasant to work with. This company has a great reputation and great work ethic. I will use this company again in the future.
