Movers arrived within the specified time window.  Got right to work.  Fast workers.  Was a "full pack" move.  Did a very good job of protecting fragile items.  I did have a beef in that they didn't put tape over the salt shakers from the kitchen.  Just wrapped them with other items.  When I unwrapped these, salt was everywhere.  A bit of a mess.  But a minor complaint.  Price was very reasonable. 

If you are thinking of using this company don't walk away-Run. Large damage amounts. $2500. + damage to our physical property. $2500.+ damage to our household goods.  $2000.+  damage to a motorcycle  that they would not pay even though  a professi 
nal appraiser and motorcycle tech. said the damage was caused by movers in storage.
On the first pick up (move out) the crew was upset about packing arangements, the distance to get to the property and many other details. Very uncomforable to be around. Took 3 + days to pack out.
On the unload at new property the attitudes slightly better except for the hurried nature. Poor truck driving at the new property resulted in physical property damage. 
Claims process is SLOW , probably self insured. Always get a very clear understanding for their terms for packing and all details. When your property is damaged they could care less.

They were quite good. There were a couple of stacks of very expensive antique dishes which came through without any breakage. They did a beautiful job. They were on time and stayed with us the whole day. It took way more time than we thought it would, but that was not their fault. They dealt well that we had a cat running through everything. My friend's daughter was paying for the move and they gave her every conceivable rate they could. Because it took so long, we expected the rate to be around $1200., but they only charged $800. Price-wise, you couldn't ask for better. They job was the best you can expect any move to be. I can't find any fault with them, anywhere. We would use Lincoln Self Storage again.

The 2 movers picked up my things from my 1 bedroom apartment on Wed., Aug 31st, and spend 4 hours wrapping everything in packing paper and tabe (I had everything packed up already when they arrived except for large furniture).  The men that came to pick up my things from Lincoln Moving & Storage (Mayflower Agent) were very professional and thorough.  I was suprised it took 4 hours for them to wrap up everything and pack them into a carton, since I've been told by the in-home estimator that it was a small move & that's why it needed to be packed in the carton, but they did an excellent job.

My things were delivered 9 days later on Friday Sept. 9th by another Mayflower agent in Madison, WI, called Union Transfer.  The Union Transfer movers unpacked everything efficiently and thoughtfully, and put my furniture back together (coffee table, bed, kitchen table).  I was very pleased with their service.  I'm much happier with this moving experience than my previous move with Budget Van Lines.

They have outstanding service. They were polite, clean, and personable. They answered all of our questions and did not break anything. They were able to move everything in a great amount of time and it was even in the middle of the biggest snow storm in 100 years. We would highly recommend them to anyone. The price was very reasonable.
