The entire process took about two weeks. He had me get two other opinions from sewer companies because he claimed it was a sewer problem. After confirming it was a plumbing problem and not sewage problem, he came back out to do the work. He charged me for a jack hammer rental and afterwards said it wasn't going to work and wanted to charge me for excavating, bringing the cost to about $1200. He kept giving excuses, At this point I put a stop to the work. I asked him for a receipt from the rental of the jack hammer and he was insulted and wouldn't show it to me. I am most upset that he kept putting me off, got two other companies involved, came up with a bunch of extra charges with out showing me results, and threatened to sue me if I did not pay and put a lean on my house. Totally poor, bad service. Not to be trusted at all.

Mr. Lilley came out because I thought there was a leak under my house due to water in the carpet. That didn't turn out to be the case. In less than an hour, Mr. Lilley searched for the leak and determined it to be from a pipe in the wall behind my washer. He also repaired the leak and made my wall look good as new within that same hour. He was professional and mindful of my dogs and the fact that my children were asleep. He performed the services without waking them up.
