I have a big property so I pay about $500 a month. They are very good about responding to our needs. They take care of the shrub maintenance and irrigation for us. They are one of these companies who work on large commercial properties. The other day when I asked them to show me how the sprinkler works and they came out and showed me how the system works.

We were extremely pleased with Leeco's promptness, keeping us informed, availability to answer questions and accommodate changes, and the look of the finished landscaping. We have received numerous complements on the landscaping from neighbors.

They do a good job with no noise and bother to the residents. They are professional in their dealings with the association and provide an excellent service for the money. Our budget is tiny and the price for the landscaping may seem high but it provides us with the look and feel the community enjoys.
